Biomechanical Assessment

Biomechanical Assessment

Duration 45- 60mins

A biomechanical assessment involves a detailed evaluation of your foot, ankle, and lower limb mechanics to identify any issues that may be impacting your mobility, comfort, or overall well-being.

What to Expect During a Home Visit:
Medical History

A comprehensive review of your medical history, including current medications, lifestyle habits, and occupational factors that could influence your condition.
Physical Examination

Assessment of joint range of motion, muscle strength, and posture during both standing and walking.
Gait Analysis

Performance of specific movements or exercises to evaluate balance, coordination, and muscle functionality. This process assesses flexibility, joint motion, and overall muscle strength.
Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on the findings, a customized plan will be created to address your needs. This may include tailored exercises, lifestyle modifications, or recommendations for orthotic devices to enhance function and mobility.
By conducting this thorough evaluation, the biomechanical assessment helps develop effective, individualized solutions to improve your foot and lower limb health in the comfort of your home.
